In the past few years, silicone dolls have evolved from a marginalized product to one of the topics discussed in modern society. From gender equality to personal freedom to mental health, silicone dolls have triggered complex and diverse reactions among women. Today, we invited several women from different backgrounds to share their views on this phenomenon.

Zhang Li, 32, psychologist:

"From a psychological perspective, silicone dolls are not just physical substitutes, but also carriers of emotional sustenance. For some people, this may be a way to deal with loneliness or social anxiety. However, it is important to understand that this is not a long-term solution to deep psychological problems. Women's views on it may be more complicated because it involves the issue of objectification of women, but at the same time, it also reflects another need for intimacy.

Li Na, 27, employee of a technology company:

"I think the existence of silicone dolls marks the intersection of technology and humanity. As a technology enthusiast, I am curious about how they affect social norms and personal privacy. But as a woman, I am a little worried whether this will reinforce some unhealthy expectations of men for women. However, open discussion and education are necessary to make people understand that the use of these products should be based on respect and understanding.

Wang Hui, 40, gender studies scholar:

Silicone dolls provide an interesting case in the field of gender studies. They challenge our traditional ideas about intimacy and raise new questions about objectification, power dynamics, and gender roles. From a female perspective, this is both a challenge and an opportunity. We need to examine how this product potentially changes the way we consume women's bodies, while also seeing the freedom and satisfaction it gives individuals in certain situations.

We recognize that women have diverse views on silicone dolls, ranging from concerns about their potential negative effects to recognition of their ability to meet personal needs. This dialogue is not limited to the product itself, but extends to a deeper exploration of future social structures, gender relations, and personal emotional satisfaction. We look forward to continuing this dialogue to understand how technological progress intersects with human emotions and shapes our future society.
