Merchants participating in this program (Global Free Shipping) agree to designate the cooperative supply chain management service provider ("Service Provider") to provide supply chain management services. 1.Delivery Timeliness:The shipping time requirements for the "Global Free Shipping Program" orders are the same as the shipping rules for Tmall and Taobao.
2.How to ship? Is it shipped directly overseas? For orders under the "Global Free Shipping Program," merchants only need to ship to the mainland consolidation warehouse.
①For orders under the " Global Free Shipping Program," after the buyer places an order, the system will convert the specific overseas delivery address into a mainland consolidation. warehouse address (generally in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Foshan, Guangzhou, Fuzhou, and other consolidation warehouse locations).
②Merchants only need to ship the packages to the consolidation warehouse in the mainland.

3.Precautions during shipment:
①Retain the transfer code: When merchants print the express delivery waybill, they must ensure that the recipient address on each waybill matches the address displayed on the order and that the transfer code is completely retained (the format of the transfer code is " consolidation warehouse @IZxxxO#V5xxxxxxxYSV# " , as shown in the image below).

③Other Special Circumstances Description: Scenario 1: If there is 1 order with 1 SKU and the buyer places a large quantity, but the seller is unable to pack it into 1 package, the seller can communicate and negotiate with the buyer, guiding them to place multiple different orders. Multiple quantities of the same SKU in one order cannot be shipped in separate packages.Scenario 2: An order contains 2 different SKUs. For example, one SKU is a pre-sale item that requires shipping after 15 days, while the other SKU is an in-stock item. The merchant can first package and ship the in-stock item to the domestic consolidation warehouse, and the pre-sale item can be shipped later. On the day the in-stock item is shipped, the merchant needs to enter the tracking number and other information into the shipping system, and also leave a message for the buyer on QianNiu to inform them. ④Gift Description: This plan does not require merchants to provide gifts for products participating in this plan, but if merchants promise to offer gifts in the product description (including but not limited to main images, detail pages, videos, etc.), they should fulfill that promise. At the same time, the gifts must comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and transportation restrictions of the products, as well as platform rules. In case of non-compliance, it is recommended to promptly communicate and coordinate with consumers. If there are delivery failures due to the merchant's gifts, the merchant will bear the costs of refused shipments, return shipping after signing, and the risks of product damage or loss. Additionally, the gifts must comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and transportation restrictions of the products, as well as platform rules. In case of non-compliance, it is recommended to promptly communicate and coordinate with consumers. If there are delivery failures due to the merchant's gifts, the merchant will bear the costs of refused shipments, return shipping after signing, and the risks of product damage or loss. Taxes arising from the gifts will be borne by the merchant and the consumer according to their agreement and applicable national laws and regulations.For certain products, if the shipping cost on this site exceeds 30% of the product price, the system will filter them out and not provide free shipping service.

4.Will there be any impact if the shipping order number entered in the system is incorrect? Merchants need to enter the correct shipping order number in the system. The consolidation warehouse primarily determines the recipient of the package based on the express delivery number. If the express delivery number is incorrect, the package will be considered unclaimed. The consolidation warehouse will then identify the transfer code on the recipient's address. 5.Can the order address be modified: Orders under the global free shipping program cannot have their addresses modified. If a store receives inquiries from buyers requesting changes to the shipping address, different solutions can be provided based on the order status and the logistics situation of the package.
①If the order is not paid, the buyer can cancel the order and place a new order with the correct address.
②If the order has been paid, the merchant has shipped the goods, but the package has not yet arrived at the domestic consolidation warehouse (i.e., the domestic consolidation warehouse has not yet signed for it), the buyer can apply for a partial refund and place a new order with the correct address; at the same time, the merchant will intercept the package.
③If the order has been paid, the merchant has shipped the goods, and the package has arrived at the domestic consolidation warehouse (the consolidation warehouse has signed for it), then interception is not possible, and the package can only continue to be shipped overseas.
