Qianyou Silicone Doll Return and Refund Policy

Return Conditions:

Quality Issues: If the product you received is found to have obvious manufacturing defects or quality problems within 7 days of receipt, you can apply for a return. We will evaluate the product to determine whether it meets the return criteria.
Unused State: The returned product must remain unused, the packaging is intact, and the accessories are complete. If there is any artificial damage or signs of use, no return will be accepted.
Appreciation Period: A 3-day appreciation period is provided from the date you receive the product. During this period, the product should not have been used, and you can apply for a return, but you need to pay the return shipping fee.

Refund Policy:

Full Refund: If the product is confirmed to have a quality problem after evaluation, we will provide a full refund, including the original shipping fee. The refund will be processed within 14 working days after receiving the returned product and confirming that it meets the return conditions.
Partial Refund: If the return is due to personal reasons (such as inappropriate size or dislike of the product, etc.), we will refund the purchase amount, but excluding shipping costs.
Refund Method: The refund will be returned through the original payment method. If the original payment method cannot be refunded, we will negotiate with you for other refund methods.

Process:

Apply for a return: Please contact us through the official website or customer service of the purchase channel, provide your order number, a detailed description of the problem, and clear product photos.
Return logistics: We will provide a return address and logistics instructions. Please package the product properly to ensure that it is not damaged during transportation.
Quality inspection: After receiving the return, we will conduct a quality inspection to confirm whether it meets the return conditions.
Processing refund: After confirming the return, we will process the refund as soon as possible.

Special instructions:

Due to the privacy and hygiene considerations of the product, any used products (including partially used) will not be returned.
Please note that special customized products or special items in promotional activities may not be subject to this return policy.
